Goose Grease Wooden Peg Dolls - The Trailblazers

Goose Grease peg dolls are perfect for open-ended imaginary play. The Waldorf style dolls have minimal features, which encourages young minds to use their imaginations when creating stories and scenes. This set is a great way to reflect on those who have made a peaceful change!

The Trailblazers doll set includes four 3.5" dolls: Jane Goodall, Suffragette, Rosie the Riveter and Bessie Coleman. 

Hand-chiseled from Urapán wood on an electric lathe, these classic wooden peg dolls are finished with USA-made non-toxic water-based paints. Each doll is unique and safe for little hands. Goose Grease designs their dolls in our Brooklyn studio and they work with artisans in Bogotá, Colombia who help reproduce their designs. Their carpenter uses sustainably-harvested trees; when one tree is used, two are planted. Their team includes Goose Grease-trained skilled craftsmen and craftswomen, from Bogotá to Brooklyn, and each doll is carefully hand-drawn and hand-painted from start to finish.
